The Climate & Health Africa Network for Collaboration and Engagement (CHANCE) embodies a commitment to collaborative research, policy, implementation, and best practice sharing in climate change and health across Sub-Saharan Africa. In collaboration with other network members, Spectrum continues to engage in CHANCE initiatives, conferences, and learning forums that transcend individual/institutional capabilities and foster innovation and learning that create sustainable impact on Climate Change and Health in Africa.

The Kenya Legal and Ethical Issues Network on HIV and AIDS (KELIN) is an advocacy organization that promotes and protects health-related human rights for all. KELIN strives for an equitable and just world where no one lives in fear or oppression, all have access to a decent standard of healthcare and life, and everyone is treated with dignity and respect. KELIN achieves this by engaging in a long-term human-based approach to building resilience, responding to health violations, and seeking to address the root cause of health violations through advocacy.
